REGISTRATION FEEConference registration entitles attendees to full access to the exhibit hall, all meals, and all sessions, with the exception of the Hands-On Training sessions, which require separate enrollment and registration fees. Once the Conference schedule is released, you may build your individual schedule by adding sessions; provided that attendees are not guaranteed a space in any particular session or sessions. Please arrive early to each session to secure your place. Each eClinicalWorks user that plans to attend the Conference must be registered as an Attendee at the full registration rate.
GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNTSGroups of four attendees will receive a waived registration for a fifth attendee to go to the National Conference (NC). All individuals must be under one group registration in order for the discount to apply at registration checkout. All group members must share an eClinicalWorks account number and/or APU ID*. Should the group size decrease, the free registration(s) will be charged at the full registration rate. If the group of four or more opts to not use the free registration(s) available, there is no monetary or other compensation. Discounts are non-transferable. Groups of nine attendees will receive a total of 2 waived registrations. The fifth and the tenth attendee registration fee would be waived.
*How to locate your APU ID: Open the eClinicalWorks software and click on the Help menu. Then click on About eClinicalWorks. From there, click on APU Info. Enter this number at time of registration.
ATTENDEESConference attendees are limited to eClinicalWorks customers, their affiliates and each of their employees. eClinicalWorks reserves the right to deny registration to the Conference to any individual or corporate applicant(s) for any reason in its sole discretion. If registration is denied, you will receive a full refund of your paid registration fees.
PARTNERS AND SPONSORSConference attendance by eClinicalWorks partners and sponsors is by invitation only. eClinicalWorks reserves the right to deny attendance to any partner or sponsor for any reason in its sole discretion. Partners and sponsors are encouraged to contact eClinicalWorks at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions relating to the Conference or to express interest in attendance. Partner and sponsor access to individual Conference sessions is prohibited.
NAME BADGEAll conference attendees and vendors must wear or have the official conference name badges with them to attend sessions, trainings, receptions, and the Saturday Night Party, as well as while in the Exhibitor Hall. Access to Conference functions without a badge will be denied. Name badges are provided to all registered attendees and vendors at registration check-in.
PAYMENTPayment must be submitted at the time of registration with a credit card. Your payment secures your registration(s). If you wish to mail a check payment, you may do so but your registration will remain pending until payment is made. Conference checks can be mailed to:
