There is no cost to attend the 2020 Virtual National Conference. Registration is reserved for current eClinicalWorks customers.* We encourage you to complete your registration using your Customer Portal (my.eclinicalworks.com) login credentials. All Conference attendees will be required to review and agree to the event Terms and Conditionsat the time of registration.

Register with Customer Portal credentials:
This is the quickest way to complete a registration, as we will import most of your demographic information directly from the Customer Portal. Simply start a new registration using your Customer Portal username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and then return to this page to start your registration. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.
Register without Customer Portal credentials:
If you are not a Customer Portal user, you may complete a registration by creating a new username and password. If we are unable to verify your practice, we will reach out to you to provide additional information. If you do not respond or we are unable to verify your practice, your registration will be cancelled. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.
Registration will include real-time access to the Keynote Address and Product Showcase, breakout sessions, Exhibit Hall, product demos, etc.
On-demand access to breakout sessions for two weeks following the event. **
Every attendee must possess a unique email address.
You must be an eClinicalWorks customer.
Vendors and those interested in sponsorship opportunities should visit the sponsorship website. Please do not register on this website.
If you no longer plan to attend the Virtual Conference, but someone will attend in your place, simply cancel your registration and start a new registration for the new attendee.
Please log in to your registration to self-cancel your registration or a group member's registration. Only primary attendees can cancel group members. Notice of cancellations can also be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
We understand the importance of helping you achieve your continuing education requirements. For this reason, many of our breakout sessions will be eligible for CME/CE or AAPC credits. Sessions eligible for credits will be indicated in the schedule when it is released later this year. Look for the CME/CE logo next to certified sessions. You will be required to register separately with the designated third-party company to obtain credits. There will be a fee associated with the credits, and that information will be provided this summer.
