Most, if not all sessions, will be available to view on demand on the virtual conference platform starting October 14-31, 2021. The on-demand breakout sessions will be accessible only to registered Conference attendees **

START YOUR REGISTRATION
Register with Customer Portal (my.eclinicalworks.com) credentials: This is the quickest way to register for the conference since we will import most of your demographic information directly from the Customer Portal. Simply start a new registration using your Customer Portal username and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and then return to this page to start your registration. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.
Register without Customer Portal credentials: If you are not a Customer Portal user, you may register for the conference by creating a new username and password. If we are unable to verify your practice, we will reach out to you to provide additional information. To avoid this, please enter your practice APU ID in the registration form. For more information on how to find your APU ID, please review the instructions below*.
If you do not respond or we are unable to verify your practice, your registration will be cancelled. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.
*How to locate your APU ID: Open the eClinicalWorks software and click on the Help menu. Then click on About eClinicalWorks. From there, click on APU Info. Enter this number at the time of registration.
All Conference attendees will be required to review and agree to the event terms and conditions at the time of registration. If you are registering as a group, the primary attendee is accepting the terms and conditions on your behalf.
We understand the importance of helping you achieve your continuing education requirements. For this reason, many of our breakout sessions will be eligible for CME/CE or AAPC credits. Sessions eligible for credits will be indicated in the schedule when it is released later this year. Look for the CME/CE logo next to certified sessions.

Late registration is available from Saturday, October 2, 2021, through Wednesday, October 6, 2021. During this time, we strongly encourage you to use your Customer Portal credentials to initiate your registration. This will help expedite our ability to verify your customer status, and you will be given instant access to the conference content.
If you register during these dates without Customer Portal credentials, we will do our best to manually confirm your customer status. If we can do so successfully, you will be emailed a confirmation with information on how to access the event. However, please be aware we cannot guarantee that you will receive access prior to the start of the event or in time to experience the full event.
If you no longer plan to attend the Virtual Conference, but someone will attend in your place, simply cancel your registration, and start a new registration for the new attendee.
