I just returned from Nashville and the 2015 National Conference - it has been a while since I attended one of these, the last one being in 2011 in Scottsdale, AZ.
As I sit down to type this, I seriously can't even think of where to begin, but in no particular order, here it goes. This conference was, simply put, one of the best conferences I've ever attended, anywhere. Well-organized sessions. Tactically placed booths in between the session rooms with friendly, knowledgeable eCW staff. Tasty snacks and coffee. A super fun party Saturday night. A well-structured Exhibition area where, on the left were all of the vendors and on the right all of the eCW booths representing virtually every component of eCW. Each of said booths staffed with incredibly smart, friendly, happy, helpful, smiley people who, if they didn't know the answer to your question or have a solution to your issue, walked you over to the people who could help. The Customer Service bar was set very high for this event...and every participant, every eCW employee who was involved in making this happen deserves a massive Thank You and Congratulations on a job very well done!
I just want to go on and on about how great it was, but you get the picture...and if you want more of this positive feedback, please feel free to reach out to me...I can tell you about every eCW booth I went to where they were helpful in some fashion...how I learned more at the sessions than I ever could have possibly imagined. Granted, I'm not an end-user and I only provide back-up support our single in-house eCW software manager/superuser, but I feel more enlightened and "trained" from this than I ever have been or could have imagined being...and I know the other attendees from our clinic feel the same way.
