FRIDAY WELCOME RECEPTION 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Come meet our exhibitors, visit eCWCentral, and meet with your peers in the Palms Exhibit Hall starting at 5:30 pm. Light refreshments will be served. Be sure to RSVP when you are logged into your registration profile. The Welcome Reception is included in your paid registration fee. Guests of paid attendees are not permitted to attend the Welcome Reception.

SATURDAY NIGHT CELEBRATION 6:30 - 10:30 PM

Join us Saturday night for our annual Conference celebration. The Saturday night celebration is included in your paid registration fee. The event is four hours of exciting and varied entertainment and delicious cuisines from around the globe. In the coming months, we will outline all of the entertainment we have lined up for you, as well as the menu for the evening.

CELEBRATION PASSES FOR GUESTS

Those who would like to bring a spouse, family member, or friend can purchase one or more celebration passes prior to the Conference or at the on-site registration desk. Passes will be available for purchase later in the year. Please check back often for updates.

PLEASE WEAR YOUR NAME BADGE

Attendees and those with a celebration pass are required to wear their Conference name badge for entrance to the Friday Welcome Reception and Saturday Night Celebration. To keep these events exclusive to our eCW attendees, security will be located at all entrances to check your badge. No one will be allowed into the restricted areas without a Conference name badge. We appreciate everyone’s compliance with this requirement.
